Just got a call from (360) 843-2484. Other end of the line, all I could hear, was what sounding like someone breathing for a second before they dropped the call.
When I call back I get the following:
“Sorry we couldn’t connect your call. (something something something)” then it went on to ask if I wanted to hear offers/deals. Option 1 had something to do with airline, Option 2 had something to do with security and one of the other options had something to do with retail rebate… I tried to call back, I just hung up and didn’t choose any options to see if anything changes when I call again but now I’m getting just a one ring hang?

It looks more than likely scammers random neighbor spoofing numbers and this one just happened to be the CID which was used. These nonsense leadgens are on possibly millions of numbers throughout every area code and toll free prefix
Scammers spoofing numbers accounts for the overwhelming majority of robocalls made. Often a number will only be used once as the robocall system assigns the next number along the chain to each call.
On the 2 weekdays prior to Christmas my dialers only had a couple of numbers out of the load of them which were actual callback numbers.
The rest were idiot robocall centers most with silent non answer hang ups while I waited for them to be connected.
