If they're making outbounds as a result of a user filling out a form that wouldn't be TCPA. If they just hit people out of the blue though, it would be.
@kenzo#88688 The form is a tool to claim that a user entered a request to be contacted. Or it is used by a third party to enter someone else’s information. The request form is for leads. The outgoing calls are cold calls offering auto insurance quotes. They then provide a live transfer to an insurance agency.
The TCPA violations are spoofing to appear local, not properly identifying their company, and making unsolicited calls to numbers listed on the FTC Do Not Call list on behalf of the insurance companies that hire them.
