I found a report from a potential victim saying they were threatened, here’s their quote:
“THEY CALLED ME AND THREATEN TO PUT ME IN JAIL AND TO PUT HOLD ON MY SOCIAL SECURITY CHECKS (916) 546-2027”
I called and this real smug Indian said I defaulted on some loans and that I could “settle” the debt on an ATM. Very angry when I called them out:
If you call them, just tell them you spoke with someone about a loan being defaulted and that you need more info. The scammer John Marsh says he is a lawyer.
