They are scam artists. They would call people and say that we are refunding you the money for the computer services payment you made and giving you some discount. They will then ask you to chargeback the payment you made for the services you had with other companies and charge you again with a lesser amount ultimately scamming the customer by representing the company with which the customer is associated and have previous contract with.
They will even clone the number of the company to show up on your caller ID by using some software and pretend that same company. They are big time scam artist.
My Uncle got scammed $800.
