sorry for the hard words but normally scammers here use this trick to defend their scam...anyways this number is a scam as you can see on their website numberforhelp.com they have same toll free for all big brands like Microsoft, Dell, Google, etc. We all know all these companies have separate support department with different toll free numbers. Also when you called them they may have forwarded/parked their toll free number to some legitimate company number( scammers sometimes use this trick so that we stop calling them thinking its not fake)
