This guy is going around trying to scam people on kik/WhatsApp/hangouts have fun with him. He is somewhat Patient at first then asks for a transfer fee and his English is very bad. It’s a lover scam so probably best to pretend to be a girl. He hit up my wife then I messaged him from a fake account definitely a scammer asking the same thing.
