Additional information about this scam: Kenneth called me from The Microsoft. He says that I should only answer calls from his direct line. His favorite color is “your a**.” At first he said that he wanted to help me, but shortly his demeanor changed and he ended by hurling all sorts of foul abuse and threats. What kind of people is The Microsoft hiring these days?
