Just had a Microsoft techie on the line (my landline) and let him onto my VM through a VPN. Unfortunately I am not as good as you guys, however after telling me of the £5 charge of a new product ID (hackers broke my old one) they tried to get me to fill in a credit card form. From this I have the address of where it was going to:

which is an obvious tech support scam website. (link to whois: Whois cermaktech.com )
The false phone number used in obvious bullshit number ( 0016952371…) so thats no use to Bob.
