My husband got a call from a scammer with a new twist.
Michael Brown, Federal Reserve Officer, on a crappy recording said his bank account would all be closed because there was fraudulent activity. Press 1.
He did press 1 but it hung up.
Just wanted you to be aware of this new one.

I’ve actually gotten a few of these. Sometimes with a voice command IVR. These one-way calls can get quite annoying. Though my burner phone on textnow has 4 of them signed up. I think these IVRs link you into their calling system or whatever. Unless someone is sabotaging these IVRs. These are only mere guesses.
