I don’t know if this is a scam

Appears to be one of those “gray areas”. Reviews are mixed, but in general appears to be legit.

me scam bob HAHA

Got scammed by them myself, or at least a very similar structured company.

It went like this, - I had a legal question. I needed an answer so i paid 5$ APPARENTLY I agreed to a 50$ charge the next day. I called up thinking it was a legit business i mean shit, rank one on google right?

Well they told me they would refund me, after I threatened BBB, AG, etc.. Welp...3 months later, still out of my 50$ Notice, i say 50 instead of 55$? Well I did get my 5$ question answered by a "Lawyer" but the 50$..Nope.

It is a type of scam.

So many bad things with this its definitely shady business model

  1. The site itself is very difficult and in fact almost unintelligible and counter initiative, which is set up this way to perform a deception since the baffle you on sign up
  2. however the worst thing about it is that they lure you on with introductory offers and the promise of ‘expert advice’ and
  3. all you get is cursory answers plus
  4. once they have your credit card information they randomly debit you £50!!! with no permission every month thereafter.

This is a COMPLETE RIP OFF commonly known in law as sharp practice, it’s actually against the law in the UK to do this - they basically charged me £55 pounds for an almost useless two line answer…
