845-445-3809 – I hate women scammers. She was slower than slow. She took my name and address and put me on hold then hung up. I called back and got the same dim bulb who gave me a different name and went thru it all again and got put on hold and it hung up. Unreal but I called a third time and she gave me ANOTHER name and we went thru it a third time and she put me on hold and hung up. Also, she said it was the TAX DEPARTMENT of the IRS. Um, the IRS is the tax department. I am getting the weirdos today.

I got “Paul Williams” ext 101 and I just gave him a fake name and address and he read the script over and over again. I’m guessing he kept getting lost. I bet he talked 10 minutes without me saying anything. He tried to transfer me to his supervisor, but he was busy. Poor Paul didn’t know what to do, so I asked about the weather - he hung up.

@JusticeinTexas#32695 I got “Kelly” and got in a “can you hear me thing” and then she hung up.

Seems like these people have a database of people. I told this ding dong that my name was Julius Carter and he said wrong name after about 20 secs of waiting and then hung up.

@readypembroke#32725 1) They can recognize your voice or 2) They keep a database of numbers that they have robocalled and if yours is not on it they know or 3) The number you are using belongs to a real person and they Google it to see if matches. ALWAYS make sure the “fake” number you are using is really "fake’, no matter where you get it. You have to run every number you use thru Google because I have found that “fake” numbers can really belong to real people. You do not want to make even ONE mistake and get an innocent swatted.

@JusticeinTexas#32726 I use TextNow and Google Voice as a backup so I know they’re my own numbers.

@readypembroke#32734 google voice is my go to also
