Thanks! David answers the phone “how may I help you?” But he is very shy, almost wouldn’t say his name, and refuses to tell me which company this is (or what his favorite color is).

In the end, he did not help me.

Update: called again and got a different “David” who says “thanks for calling in Printer Support.” But he won’t sing the HP Printer Song for me. These people are not very helpful at all.
