Scammers use the LiveChat web chat widget to collect victim information, then follow up with a call from a masked number. Josh called me right away saying he was from the Haych Pee Support. But a few seconds later he denied that he had ever said that and insisted that this was an (unnamed) Turd Party Company.

Another number: Steve from HP Support at 240-596-0906. His favorite color is blue. When I asked him to sing the HP Printer Song for the Verification Purposes he became angry and shouted at me to “f— off!” Now he won’t answer my calls.
