Regardless of if you reach them, they are still very hesitant to shut down or suspend numbers, and often deny that Verizon lines belong to them.

Big carriers somehow think they’re immune to being used for scams. Oftentimes victims or their Jamaican mules in the U.S. purchase these phones for them and send them abroad.
