I called (929) 565-7578. I got voicemail, which mentioned “Publishers Clearing House.” I was then told to press a button. When I pressed the button, I heard “the number you are trying to reach is no longer in service.”

They are using Onvoy to supply phone numbers with that PCH menu. When you click 1, it forwards to their TextNow line. That line has now been taking OOS.

Yes, he called me on August 3rd before.
If you know anything about the carrier Inteliquent, they are slow and unresponsive.
I caught a TN number from Feb 2020 yesterday. Ancient, pre-pandemic line!
