My pc has a problem and I look for pc support number, I stumbled upon a number in the attached pic, I called this guy and you guys will be familiar with the tone. I dumbly followed his instruction to install the software which he has control over my mouse, I'm freaked out too (still don't know if he has access to my PC after I uninstalled the program, presumably yes)
So he open event viewer which BS me about there is device driver problem and he proceeded me with the 'ONE TIME price *cough*' and gave me the number, my instinct told me that something was really wrong (and yes, my instinct should kicked in when he directed me to the software and dumbly put in the .... you know).
I told him I will think about it and I close the conversation and immediately uninstalled the software (which it doesn't help and yes, maybe he has virus installed). I SC to my friend and he tole me bruh* (you know what that mean)
Therefore I contacted my PC manufacture in live support for the real solution. My pc is acting out really weird:
-blacked out
-cursor acting weird
-the physical keyboard couldn't type (which result I have to switch to tablet mode
and I freaked out at the moment because you know the internet and *those* guys are terrifying behind the PC
The live support told me if the cursor suddenly moves, then I have to do a fresh install of windows again.
The point is the number from above one of the scammer, I confronted him after my friend told me he is a scammer, and he said he works private company (fo sure) and I immediately blocked the numbers.
hopefully is one of the numbers and there is another link with the same number.
