Issue with replies to posts

Is there a backlog of comments that need to be approved on the site? I noticed that I can post something, get replies back via email saying someone commented, but bouncing back to the website shows nothing (no comments).

I get the site is being DDoS’d but didnt know if there is an admin backlog happening. If there is, and I can assist in clearly the backlog, please let me know.
