Is this a scam?

The other day this guy reached out to me through some marketing I put out there for a new business of mine, the guy who’s in the same industry. Initially I couldn’t tell if he was a competitor or someone who could be a supplier.

After reviewing the website a couple of times, and trying to feel him up over messages we’ve been sending I’m getting a bit suspect it’s a scam of some type but I can’t exactly be sure.

The website has some grammatical errors as if it weren’t gone through by someone proficient in publishing, missing spaces in places, putting an “s” on the end of words where it’s not appropriate (like someone who’s not fluent in english), and the phrasing of things seem a bit off in some places. In my correspondance with this guy I can’t tell if he’s being short with me or what, but he doesn’t seem to directly answer my questions I just get short answers and he keeps giving me his email. The address listed on their website comes up in google search as a digital mailbox or something, and also lists a bookkeeping service.

This is his facebook profile:

The website is:
http://icc-solution.com/

What's everybody's thoughts? I know there's a lot of people here who have better tools & knowledge than I do to sniff this sort of thing out.

However, a source of mine in the industry says the company is legit, and the website provided by this guy Henry is the top search result when I google the company name, to which the email this guy gives me is the same as that website domain.

I looked into the profile photo and this guy Henry Ruiz who is messaging me and the photo & name are from a guy who’s a top executive over Asia for REA group, someone who I highly doubt would be messaging a small business like myself even if he changed positions or industries.

What’s going on here?
