Will develop a site submit site or list. And will see if i can get a simple source to build a number blocker apk for android. Depends on the votes here. Thanks.

It may not be wanted unless it is open-source code or the code is provided. Many very important, caring - beautiful people on here and they would never allow a breach of security or privacy or even risk it for themselves or others. There are also many bad people that come on here that could manipulate a program for their benefit too. I guess others will need to chime in on the subject at hand.

Already exist solutions to block numbers in android. Must be built in Java and i’m looking for a straightforward solution like blocking by sending a commands from an app or plaintext code.
