I have Avast Free Antivirus on my computer. The app and the browser extension. When I visit scammer.info, it always says it is not safe. But now I am on the phone, and nothing happens. I have Avast on my phone as well.

A scammer might be putting a false positive. Scammers might’ve seen this site already and now they might be trying to hide the details and truth of their scam by making these false positives. So, to answer your question, no, scammer.info is not a phishing site and you don’t have to be concerned about your privacy being at risk here. We got good intentions.
