Is Neep's VM still a good option?

Howdy!
I want to setup a stealthy VM and i liked using neeps VM in the past. However, with the decline of vmware, and there being no Virtualbox edition of neeps scambaiting vm, what should i do? Do you guys have any other VM recommendations? I have a QUBES machine aswell, but i do not understand it enough to feel comfortable inviting people into my machines.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

I currently use VirtualBox with a Windows 11 ISO file I downloaded to restore my system.
