Is it possible to report a money mule to a foreign bank?

Hello there. In my few scambaits that I have done successfully, I have gathered a collection of bank accounts that I could report, but both of the accounts are with a bank called CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited. I was wondering if this bank will respond to emails, and where to email my reports to.
