Looks like a legitimate company similar to the Amazon “Professional Installation”, Although that in its self is a scam. Although remote access sounds fishy. What were you getting them to do? Looks like most of their work is on site installations and they have 3000+ reviews on review sites.
@DaleSallow#147141 Well, I said that I found a pop-up which redirected me to their website (I hadn’t even had a popup or been redirected anywhere), and then when I asked if there was a virus or issue with my computer they said that they could do online support or remote support. When I asked for online they said their servers were down and the only option was remote access. I got them to explain it to me as a ‘man in my 60s’, and they said they’d help remove it. When I asked them what programmes we’d use they just left me there. A bit later I got on calling them out and they kept replying with similar messages of ‘I completely understand, can you tell me more about your issue?’ When I said I’d post on a ‘scammer website’ (this one), they left me hanging without even trying to give proof apart from reviews which all have really shady names like ‘Alex’ or ‘John S’.
