I recently studied about one of the website which is very much popular on google and they also provide tech support and in the starting they charge $1 and after that to provide complete tech solution they charge more amount from the customer.
Can anyone let me know is this genuine or fake?

I have on occasion found a number listed that went to a scam site found from searching a number, but on a second visit found it removed. I was suspicious of this site for a while, but never found a reason to really suspect anything was wrong. I too found the numbers and info pointed to the official website the numbers belonged to, so I never dug deeper.
However....since this has come up, I decided to check once again and found they offer "call back" to many of those companies and claim to wait on hold for you, then call you back with the company connected.

This seems a bit phishy to me personally, as in potential phone number phishing! This GetHuman company could be logging every phone number that was submitted for a call back to them. Of course I have no proof, but the possibility exists. A very valuable "robo call" generator list would be a scammer company's wet dream. They would have the number and what type of support was being inquired about and target them accordingly.
