Their ID card, their 4-6 weeks salary are withheld.

@Angeld40#48664 Yes. One time I got connected to a female scammer from northeast India. She falsely told me that she was in Bangalore (south India). There is hardly any scam call center in Bangalore.
My best guess is that she is in a call center in Indore (a city in central India).
