I think you got a spoofed number. I called it and got emily

The planedealguy is 100% correct, they altered their caller ID before dialing you as almost all companies do when they’re conducting a sketchy business/service. Before posting phone numbers (even toll-free ones) to the website, ALWAYS call them back, I cannot stress this enough.
