@KipsLoding#32855 They are just answering “Hello?” but you can hear the call center. They are very wary of who is calling them. The second time I called they didn’t’ say anything and when I said hello they hung up.
@JusticeinTexas#32867 They are indeed wary of baiters. I talked to a guy for almost 13 minutes, and after I gave a fake address he swore and hung up.
@KipsLoding#32868 They Google your address. You HAVE to use a real fake address. As in a real state and a real street but a house number so that when they pull up Google Maps they see there is a street by that name. I have also used an Army Base and a cemetery. Please go back thru some of my posts and read them to get some ideas. You can use anything you like. ; )
Yeah, first time I called they answered right away as IRS. Second time I called with a different caller ID and they said “Hello?” Hmmm…
