After hearing that the person in the voicemail box message introduced themselves as “Cooper”, and your account is also called Cooper. I can’t help but get a very strong feeling that you just posted your own phone number as a ‘prank’.
If not however, then I would appreciate a quality explanation, as either way, we both know this phone number doesn’t lead to a fake IRS department.
