This number is checking names and phone numbers. I have not been able to get to the point of scambaiting them. Usually I just cuss at them. They sometimes answer “IRS how may I help you”. So I know for sure they are the fake IRS. The other IRS numbers are easier to scambait because they are not as smart. I like a challenge. Unfortunately I am at work right now and cannot dedicate my time to scambaiting them.
I am calling with multiple caller IDs. Currently they answer my call and then hang up on me. This is a good thing. The more they do this to me, the more they do this to other potential victims.

They are still answering. I am using TextNow. They conferenced me to another person who wanted $50,000 from me in taxes. They think it is funny to conference connect us to each other.
Guys I can guess by the tone at the start of the call this is the same call center I had been talking to a couple of days back. There were 2 or 3 people I spoke to nicely and got the location where this is located. I got it from at least two scammers they said the same city.
So better tell them you have their IP and that they are from Dwarka or Varnasi. Every time I said that they get terrified. A couple of days back the guy also called me back from a different number asking if I was located there. im Indian so I can mimic the accent easily and I sometimes said i’m calling from the other call center and how’s business going over there . They just believe me.
