This is yet again, another Grasshopper number.
Luckily they can be taken out of service by filling all the available inbound channels. That forces all calls to spill into voicemail. And then of course you have to leave eleven billionty voicemails or else the scammer will just do callbacks.
English is not their forte. Guy answers the phone “muzzafugga”
One could report that number to Scammer Blaster, their bots will flood the scammers phones until they break. They will also track down the phone provider and have them remove the scam account.
