Spoke with Frank Morrison IRM21579. My name was Paul Smith. My case number was CP5462. I owed $6,847 on my taxes. Then he stopped talked to me. I called back again in the second recording.
In the second recording I talked to the same Frank Morrison and I used the fake name of Alan Smith. Oops I used the wrong name. I don't write down the case numbers because I am walking in a park when I call. So he caught on to me. When I started to cuss him out in Hindi, I don't think he know the Hindu language. He probably was from nagaland. Or he was too chicken to talk to me. So he got one of his other scammer friends.
