I asked them an interesting question that is too much to repeat here and with that they suddenly disconnected their phone number.

"Ryan Brown" had me walk half way to the bank when headquarters emailed the scammer to let me know it was a bank holiday. The fake IRS agent then directed me to the closest 7-Eleven where I proceeded to ruin his day.
