I've been stringing this idiot scammer along for the past day. Spent 2 hours last night talking back and forth; he was licking his chops thinking I was going to empty my bank accounts into Target gift cards for him. I told him the cell coverage in the Target was really bad and hung up. Than he calls repeatedly from different numbers above and I answer with white noise or immediate hang-ups. He just texted me, "Hello Mr.Rayman foster this is Robert Kennedy from DEA call me ASAP." LMAO
