Inbound robocall with a poorly made text to speech message that an iphone was being ordered on my account and to call back the same number to dispute.

My call hung for about 15 seconds before going through to their greeting and pickup by the scammer

Huh. Sneaky scammers. It looks like they are blocking inbounds from any number other than the one that they called. That number gets through to their system while the rest hit the VM wall.
