Is there a way I can get the ip of the scammers off of gotoassist or do I need another way in?
Pretty sure you’ll just end up getting the IP of a gotoassist server.
Or if they use teamviewer (its fading away with some scams now) they will get you to connect to their pc first, disable remote input. black the screen syskey them first. download their files. and go to whatsmyip.com. note the ip and restart their computer and disconnect. if you find any victims information, email/ring them (if there in the states use firertc if you have an acc or just send them an email if there from somewhere else in the world)
