These guys are pretty animated and get vocal and violent when you call them out on their scam.
I’ve noticed they won’t answer if you block your number. I believe they may also have a black list of numbers since they won’t answer when calling from numbers I’ve already used on them.
When you call they will ask for your code. I’ve made up a few based on the original one I received and they seem to at least buy me some time. They appear to be based on a RTXT_0-0_A1 pattern. Where the 0’s are replace with a number 1 through 10. ie: RTXT_4-10_A1
The product they are renewing is called “Device Shield” and the subscription is annual. The email states the charges will appear on your statement in a few hours 
Have fun with these guys they get angry fast and spew very colorful phrases half in English and half in what sounds like Hindi or Bengali as I assume this is a Kolkata operation.
