We need to update one part of our previous announcement regarding our in-person event cancellation. If you have a hotel reservation at the Lancaster Marriott Penn Square (the main convention hotel), you *will* need to reach out to them to cancel it. The Marriott is *not* automatically canceling reservations.
You can either call the hotel at [Personal Number Redacted] or follow any reservation modification/cancellation links in your confirmation email to do this.
Our understanding was that they would cancel in-block reservations, but they cannot since (believe it or not) their experience is that some folks still do show up, and are upset to hear the hotel cancelled their room. We sincerely apologize for the mixup!
