Got this scam too, though from a different account (username adelheid__bertha). Managed to squeeze their telegram from them too (copied the link from the chat with the scammer): [Telegram: Contact @best_momma_ever_11]
If you say you’re unable to join Telegram (which is easy to do, since they seem to be targetting Finland and it’s easy to lie to them about Telegram being blocked), they will then insist to continue on Instagram. Once you agree to be their sugar baby, they will send you a list of rules to follow, one of which is to not give out their information (such as their username) without their permission. They want you to be available pretty much around the clock too. They will ask about you and then tell a sob story about their background (clearly copy-pasted, every word starts with a capital letter etc). Trying to see what else I can find out before calling it quits.
