So they post on Instagram saying to contact them if you want to make some money. They have all kinds of pictures of people with tons of money and fake texts between them and other people. When you call they say you can send them a Western Union or Moneygram (or sometimes Walmart to Walmart transfer or even overnighting money orders). Then they say they can go in the system and add an extra zero to the end of the transaction and you will be able to go pick it up. Most are in Jamaica but this one is in Florida. They usually have runners, often times in New York.

I just tried calling. It rang but no answer 
We just talked to him earlier this morning and have him on the hook again! He is getting pissed people keep prank calling
