This is a major mass spam operation conducted from Russia and India. They are known to send all sorts of spam, sometimes hundreds per day to single emails. They often claim you’ve won something from Walmart, the Home Depot, or are entitled to some benefit.
This is a petty type of scam that nothing can be done about. Flag it ask junk and move on.
