I found it via this spam/SEO junk page (please report this to Google Safe Browsing)- hxxp://www.kzneducation.gov.za/Blog/tabid/510/EntryId/1/The-Passing-of-Dr-Radhika-Bridgemohan.aspx
They seem to predominantly be posing as Magicjack. The number rings and eventually goes to a voicemail which is at this time full.
