called them just now and the scammer just assumed i must have called them already once before, i think this number is only used for repeat customers?
he insisted i would have an icon on my desktop that said "MyPC123"
did a quick search and it seems this is one of those remote access tools. website asks for a 6-digit technician code
anyway, at least try to sound like you know what they are talking about or have an excuse prepared why you dont have MyPC123 installed
