I'm locked out of BobRTC and I don't know why

I got locked out of my account and the algorithm seems to forget I’m in the system. I used to be able to login and now I don’t know what happened. If I did something wrong, I’d like to say sorry. If the system isn’t working great, please help me get my account back. I appreciate it very much.

It just told me my username and password were incorrect. Because of that, I tried to re-register but I didn’t realize that there was a limited time to register (7am EST to 8am EST). I used to make calls but I’m not sure what happened.
