The fact that these scammers are actually getting busted and raided is exciting me that this may end some day as long as India does what they need to do and track these call centers down and arrest the madarchodes in them,
It’s in India’s best interest to hunt these guys down and arrest the scammers. It gives India a terrible reputation. Many of the scammer’s I’ve had actual conversations with say there are no jobs for young people. Which on one hand is not an excuse for scamming people, there never is one, but on the other hand I think there are underlying issues in Indian like corruption, poverty, overpopulation, pollution, wealth disparity, rape, human-trafficking, etc., that cause these scammers to be able to pull in all the underlings for dirt cheap work and put them infront of a telephone with a script…
So it will be whack-a-mole until India can tackle these huge problems that they seem to be ignoring and sweeping under the rug .
The bigger issue, and why this problem will not go away any time soon, is the corruption at the law enforcement and government levels.

Long story short, these organizations run like traditional crime rigs. They pay law enforcement and government officials to turn the other way.
