Start the call flow by giving the following (partial) Canadian address to the scammer(s):
1 Hill Rd, A0B 1P0
(The postal code contains zero's and not O's)
If the scammer asks for a city/town and country, just tell the scammer "That's all there is. It's a very rural address in Canada.". Then tell them "I suggest you look it up in Google Maps" and wait for their response.
Also, if you want to surprise yourself, do NOT look up the address in Google Maps right away! Instead, wait for the scammer to respond and then look it up. You can just copy and paste the address into Google Maps as displayed. You'll then see why it's a good laugh!
-OR-
You can also start the call flow by plugging in one of the following telephone #'s into the VoIP dialer of your choice so the scammer can immediately figure out where you are calling from:
(709)582-1###
(709)582-2###
(709)582-3###
Note you can pick any 3 numbers after the first 7 numbers. Do not start the 4-digit suffix with a 4 or above as whatever search tool the scammer uses might not pick up the location properly.
Have fun and happy scambaiting!
