Idk if this is a scam or not. Every couple of months I get a call from this guy (I never can save the number long enough to compare and see if it’s the same number) and when you answer he says “Hello, is Vivian/Helen/whatever name there?” When you say no, sorry, you’ve got the wrong number then he responds with “oh ok, well maybe you can help me” and launches into a spiel trying to get you to donate to the state police. I didn’t think the state police would do ask for donations, especially in such an underhanded way. Anyone wanna investigate this and see what’s up with it? Is it legit? The number is 3047565771 I’m curious what anyone could tell me about this
