Al Capone did not go to Alcatraz for being a gangster. He went to Alcatraz for tax evasion. How do you establish a legal paper trail from an elderly woman in senior housing, to gift cards, to the pockets of the call center owners? How would you even declare it? How would call center owners justify driving luxury cars, wearing Rolexes, and living luxury apartments? I think that is how Indian prosecutors can bring these thieves down.
