Bobrtc should be able to spoof the number by typing the number also a voice changer and background noise
In the works are the ability to use your TextNow number as your caller id, so you can get call backs. However, TechLine is right, there’s too many ways a bad actor can use manual spoofing for malicious reasons. Voice changer is not in the works, however, background noise might be.
