Extra Info: Got a text saying I can claim $110 from an ICBC refund. ICBC is the insurance company here in British Columbia, Canada. They do give out refunds sometimes but its automatic to current clients and via a check in the mail, they never send out SMS or call. The page only loads from a canadian IP I believe and will only work when loaded on mobile.
The domain is registered through namecheap, I reported it but the first time failed to mention it only loads on mobile and possibly only for Canadian IP addresses so they said they couldnt verify it was a scam. I replied with that info and with some screenshots but they have failed to do anything 12 hours later.
