This scam is at the same time very stupid and very well made.
They are using Monero, where you can’t check the balance and trace the guy.
The only way you could possibly gather some info about the scammer is to send them a grabify link disguised as a receipt, but I’m not sure if they would even click at the link or even see your email, I think their end goal is to just gather as much money as possible without any replies, receipts or replying at emails at all.
